Anuga 2023
On October 7th, the Anuga kicks off in Cologne. Gastro-Cool is proud to be part of the world’s largest trade fair for food and beverages once again this year. The company will both be showcasing exciting new developments and innovations and supporting various start-up companies in collaboration with Koelnmesse.
Innovative Products and Cooling Technology Highlights
This year, we will again present newly developed innovative products and prototypes. In addition to our newly patented cash register/checkout refrigerator, we are showcasing an extra-slim refrigerator with a glass door specifically designed to be used in the gastronomy sector. This refrigerator is also an integral part of the new "Airline Trolleys", which are known for their authentic design.
Start-up Sponsorship
For the second time, Gastro-Cool is supporting start-ups at Anuga in partnership with Koelnmesse. Each start-up had the opportunity to order a custom-designed cooling device for their booth free of charge. This way, Gastro-Cool has been able to assist newcomers not only with product cooling but also with product presentation and marketing. After the fair, the start-ups can keep their promotional refrigerators for a nominal fee.
ECO-STAR New Models
In addition to exciting new developments, our team is particularly pleased to present the new ECO-Star refrigerators, focusing on environmental protection and energy efficiency. In the future, more than half of the energy is expected to be saved. The use of efficient components, such as compressors, fans, LEDs, and self-closing doors, will increase overall efficiency even further.
Magnotherm
Future-oriented cooperation! Magnotherm was founded in 2019 by researchers and students from TU Darmstadt. The start-up develops refrigerators without refrigerants, presenting a completely new cooling approach.The fridge achieves temperature reduction by using a special magnet-based technology.
