We are happy to inform you about the shipping process and our payment processing.

Shipping Process
If the goods are available, you should take into account a delivery time of approx. 4-8 working days. The delivery time results from the individual processing, delivery, (possible refinement - branding) as well as the transport of the goods ordered by you. With extra finishing (branding) the delivery time can be 2-3 weeks, depending on the time of ordering.

Since our products are only loaded and shipped upright, delivery is carried out by our shipping partner. He will contact you by phone (usually a few hours or even days) prior to delivery to agree the delivery time with you.

Collection
A collection of the goods directly from our warehouse is possible free of charge. However, it must be stated in which warehouse the goods are located. Depending on the location, you can then pick up your products in Willich, Grevenbroich or Düsseldorf.

Payment processing
We offer you various payment methods, such as Klarna payment, bank transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery, to pay for the goods you have ordered. After processing your payment you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take 1-3 business days bevore your payment is processed, depending on your payment method. Immediately after, the products ordered will be released for shipment.
